Antioxidant masterbatches are concentrated mixtures of antioxidants and a carrier resin, designed to be easily dispersed into a polymer during processing. They protect polymers from degradation caused by oxidation, which can occur during high-temperature processing or over the product’s lifespan due to exposure to heat, light, and air.
